As an online seller we have a duty to accept returns in line with consumer legislation.<\/p>\n<p>For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please note that our policies differ between products, and that payment options may vary from one Service to another. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms and Conditions very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. We will not accept returns or offer refunds for products unless they are faulty. If you return the products to us, we will (at our option) replace the products or provide you with a refund of the purchase price and the price of delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In order to return faulty products, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of products at our email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.\n<ul>\n<li>Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.<\/li>\n<li>We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/li>\n<li>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-15 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>Late or missing refunds (if applicable)<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
